United Development Co.: The EGM Endorses Items on It's Agenda

United Development Co. announces the results of the EGM. The meeting was held on 25/11/2025 and the following resolution were approved 1. Approve of the agenda of the meeting. 2. Approve of the purchase of the Perlita Villas project for an amount of QR 625 million and its development. 3. Approve of the amendment of Article (3) of the Company's Articles of Association by adding the following two activities: a) Real Estate Development of Residential Buildings Using Modern Construction Methods No. 681041 b) Real Estate Development of Commercial Buildings Using Modern Construction Methods No. 681042 4- Approve to the authorizing the Chairman of the Board of Directors to approve the amendment .
