United Development Co. announces that the General Assembly Meeting EGM will be held on 17/05/2026, The Oyster building in The Pearl Island and 04:00 PM. In case of not completing the legal quorum, the second meeting will be held on 21/05/2026, The Oyster building in The Pearl Island and 04:00 PM .

1. Approval of the Meeting Agenda.

2. Amendment of the Company’s Articles of Association in accordance with the Corporate Governance Code issued pursuant to Qatar Financial Markets Authority Board Resolution No. (5) of 2025, and to authorize the Chairman of the Board to approve such amendment.
