Vodafone Qatar Announces Establishment of Infinity Signal Services

Doha, August 30 (QNA) - Vodafone Qatar announced the establishment of Infinity Signal Services LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Vodafone Qatar responsible for the management, operation, and development of the company’s telecommunications tower assets and passive infrastructure.

Vodafone Qatar said in a statement that the establishment of Infinity Signal Services forms part of the company's strategy to strengthen its telecommunications infrastructure capabilities, support future network growth and expansion, enhance operational efficiency, and increase the value of its telecommunications infrastructure assets, contributing to the company’s long-term strategic objectives and the creation of sustainable value for its shareholders.

Vodafone Qatar continues to work closely with the relevant regulatory and governmental authorities to support the company’s activities and enable it to contribute to the development of Qatar’s telecommunications infrastructure ecosystem in line with the applicable regulatory framework. (QNA)
