Vodafone Qatar P.Q.S.C. Announces Appointment of a New Board Member

Vodafone Qatar P.Q.S.C. (the “Company”) has announced that in accordance with Article (29.2) of its Articles of Association, Vodafone and Qatar Foundation LLC, the private founder of the Company, has appointed Sheikh Mubarak Thani Al-Thani as a new Board member to the Company replacing Mr. Nasser Jaralla S Jaralla and representing the Private Founder with effect from 3 September 2025.
