Zad Holding Company has disclosed the vacancy of the representative position of Ali Iskandar Al Ansari & Sons Company on the Company’s Board of Directors, due to the passing of its current representative, Mr. Ali Iskandar Al Ansari, who passed away yesterday morning. The Company is currently coordinating with the corporate entity to nominate a replacement representative, and a formal disclosure will be made accordingly.
